What is the difference between Starter, Pro, and Business plans?

Starter (2.90 €/mo) covers 10 zones and 500 records – suitable for personal projects. Pro (6.90 €/mo) adds DNSSEC, REST API access, and slave zones, with 50 zones and 2,500 records. Business (19.90 €/mo) has the same feature set but scales to 500 zones and 25,000 records. Enterprise has custom limits – contact us for pricing. All plans are billed monthly or annually; annual billing saves ~17% (two months free) and you can switch cycles anytime.

Can I try NexDNS risk-free? What if I need a refund?

There is no time-limited trial, but every paid plan comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee – no questions asked on the first subscription payment. If NexDNS doesn’t fit within those 14 days, contact support for a full refund. After 14 days you can still cancel at any time from billing settings; cancellation stops auto-renewal and your access continues to the end of the paid period, with no refund. Refunds under the 14-day guarantee are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and JCB. Bank transfer invoicing can be arranged on request – contact support to set it up. EU business customers with a valid VAT ID receive reverse-charge invoices with no VAT added.

We are a Czech-registered business not currently subject to VAT. EU business customers with a valid VAT ID will receive invoices under the reverse charge mechanism. No VAT is added to the invoice amount.
